CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. To help us provide the best service to all of our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without a charge. Clients may also request to change their service when applicable. Appointment Changes & Online Requests Cancellations and appointment changes must be submitted through our online booking system whenever possible. This ensures that your request is properly recorded and allows you to view available appointment times in real time. While you are welcome to contact the salon by phone for assistance, phone support is subject to salon availability and may not always be immediately available. A phone call, voicemail, text message, or other direct communication does not guarantee that an appointment has been cancelled or rescheduled. Clients are responsible for ensuring that cancellations or appointment changes are successfully submitted through the online booking system within the required notice period. Ellie’s Secret Salon cannot be responsible for cancellation or rescheduling requests that are not successfully received or confirmed through the booking system. If our team is available when you contact the salon, we will always do our best to assist. Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or significant appointment changes made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, as well as no-shows, may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service amount to the card on file. Card on File A valid card must be kept on file to secure your appointment. The card may be temporarily authorized or validated when required. It will only be charged in accordance with our cancellation and no-show policy. Appointment Reminders Appointment confirmations and reminders may be sent by email or text. Clients may receive a reminder approximately 48 hours before and another 24 hours before their appointment. Services & Refunds All completed salon services are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please communicate any concerns with your stylist before leaving the salon so that the team can address them appropriately.
